Since we re started the classes in July we have received many enquiries from potential new members. More and more people are turning to outdoor fitness because they are more aware of the huge additional health benefits over an indoor fitness facility, especially with recent events. You also have the added benefit of being part of a fun and friendly community, so important for our mental health.
