Juan Hayward

(Juan loves his primal moves. His classes have proven to very popular, but don't let his calm and quiet manner full you, his classes will have you aching for days. He has been practicing Krav Maga for many years so don't upset him in the class!)

Lee O’Neill

(Lee has over 20 years experience in karate. He is a former GB full contact karate team member who competed successfully in a number of international tournaments and won a host of national full contact titles across 3 different weight categories. After being out of fitness for a number of years, he visited Wildfit to get back into some sort of shape, convinced that outdoor training, in a group, would be both beneficial and motivational. Since joining he has, in the last 2 years, run 6 marathons, countless half marathons and has become addicted to obstacle racing, having qualified for this year's world championships in Ohio, USA. He is also the man responsible for the largest collection of trainers in NATO.)
